- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise(use as per your need, substitute with cream chees, greek yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard(increase as needed)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 (4.5 oz) can tuna, drained and flaked
- Finely sliced cucumber
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley to garnish

How to boil the eggs.
- Place the eggs at the bottom of a cooking pot. avoid stacking the eggs on each other.
- Pour water until the eggs are submerged. Add a teaspoon of vinegar.
- Over medium heat, gradually bring the water to a rolling boil. let the water boil for a few seconds then reduce to medium heat..
