RECIPE OVERVIEW OF SHRIMP STIR FRY

Ingredients to cook shrimp stir fry.

You will need 3 sets of ingredients to make the shrimp stir fry.

  • The first set of basic ingredients would be to season and lightly sear the shrimp.
    • a tablespoon of oil.
    • Salt and pepper or any type of your favourite seasoning will add more flavour to the shrimp.
    • Cleaned and ready-to-cook shrimp.
  • The second set of ingredients would be for the stir-fry sauce.
    • water.
    • soy sauce.
    • Hot sauce(any type of chilli sauce).
    • Sugar(substitute with honey).
    • Rice vinegar(substitute with any type of white vinegar).
    • Cornstarch
  • The third set of ingredients is a variety of vegetables that you prefer.
    • The following recipe includes bell pepper, cabbage, carrots and chopped scallions.
    • ginger and garlic.
    • salt and pepper.

How to cook shrimp stir fry with vegetables.

The first step of making the shrimp stir fry and veggies is to have all the ingredients prepped and ready.
This will include fresh shrimp, vegetables and soy sauce.
The second step would be to season the shrimp and cook them. once the shimps are cooked set aside to cool.
The third step would be to saute some ginger and garlic in oil then add the sliced vegetables and cook until soft.
Once the vegetables are crisp. Add the shrimp followed by the stir-fry sauce.
Combine the sauce with the vegetables for a few minutes and your stir fry is ready to be served.
